One free souvenir t-shirt will be provided at check-in per paid vendor; Additional souvenir tee-shirts may be purchased at check-in and during the festival at the ABBF Souvenir Booth.

SPACE RENTAL FEES:  24' x 10' booth(s) @ $250 each  $
     Additional 1/2 booth space @ $125 each  $
(Full booth space purchase required before extra 1/2 space can be purchased)
 
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FEES:  120V, 20Amp connection @ $25 each  $
     240V, 50Amp connection @ $50 each  $
    (Vendors are responsible to provide own heavy-duty extension cords and necessary adapters)

    Non-refundable Late Fee after JUNE 1st ($25) $0

PLEASE NOTE: “Total Fees Due” above will be deposited as non-refundable fee and will not be applied to your 20% commission rate at the end of festival.

FOOD AND OTHER SALE ITEMS AND PRICE
Alcoholic beverages may not be sold, dispensed or consumed by ABBF vendors. The 2010 ABBF has not solicited an official soft drink sponsor; therefore, you may sell any soft drink product you like at this year’s festival. However, you will not be allowed to sell water (we are working on an exclusive contract for this). List below the 3 items that you would like an exclusive for and additional items you would like to sell as well as the price for each item. Pre-authorization from the festival must be obtained before selling any other item not listed.
